After starting his career in kitchens, Michael quickly learned that great food is only one part of a successful restaurant. The real challenge is everything around it: service, management, marketing, guest experience, reviews, repeat customers, and consistent revenue.
For years, he listened to marketing companies explain how they would “help” restaurants, while clearly not understanding how restaurants actually work. They spoke about content, campaigns, and ads, but often missed the real pressure restaurant owners face every day — tight margins, quiet nights, staff issues, guest flow, table turnover, and the need for marketing that supports actual business results.
